The foundations of S.K. Lath & Co. were laid by Late Sri Krishna Lath, Advocate, Solicitor and Gold Medalist, whose distinguished career in the Real Estate sector spanned more than three decades. Built upon a commitment to professional excellence, integrity and client service, the Firm quickly established a reputation for delivering dependable legal guidance in complex property matters.

Following his demise in 2003, the Firm entered a new phase under the leadership of Naveen Lath and Kapil Lath. While preserving its strong foundation in Real Estate law, the Firm recognised the rapidly evolving nature of India’s property and financial markets, where institutional finance increasingly became integral to Real Estate development, acquisition and investment.
