Founders' Vision
Naveen Lath leads the Firm’s Banking & Finance and Transactional Advisory Practice. With extensive experience in Real Estate, Secured Lending and Financing Transactions, he advises Banks, Financial Institutions, NBFCs, Developers, Corporates and Private Clients on complex transactional matters involving property, finance and security structures.
His practice focuses on Title Due Diligence, Property Acquisitions and Transfers, Leasing and Licensing Arrangements, Mortgage Transactions and the Structuring Of Secured Lending Facilities. He regularly advises Lenders and Borrowers on domestic and Consortium Lending Transactions, creation and enforcement of Security Interests, secured and unsecured Financing Structures and matters involving Corporate Debt Restructuring and Asset Reconstruction.
Over the years, Naveen has developed significant expertise in advising financial institutions on Risk Assessment, Transaction Structuring and Legal Due Diligence, enabling clients to navigate complex financing arrangements with confidence and certainty.
