Our Borosilicate Glass Block Lining System offers advanced corrosion protection for critical industrial infrastructure exposed to aggressive acid condensates and high temperatures. Commonly known as a Penn–Guard type lining system, it delivers a long-term, reliable solution for severe corrosion environments.

Borosilicate lining consists of lightweight, closed-cell borosilicate glass blocks that are directly bonded to the internal surfaces of chimneys, flues, and ductwork. When combined with a specially formulated flexible, acid-resistant adhesive membrane, the system provides complete impermeability—even under extreme wet-stack conditions.
